Playing Gulp

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Gulp for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtain it. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms yourself, use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, exploit ad or reward systems, or copy and redistribute its artwork, sound or code without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

Progress and digital rewards

Progress and settings are stored locally. Deleting the app, losing the device or changing backup settings may cause progress to be lost. Gulp currently does not provide an account-based cloud save or a server-side recovery service.

Hints, checks, hearts, scores and character unlocks are features for use inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred between players. Daily puzzles and other content may change over time.

Advertisements

The free experience may contain banner and interstitial ads, and you may choose to watch rewarded ads for an in-game benefit. The offer shown in the app describes the reward. Rewards require the advertising service to report successful completion; an unavailable, interrupted or incomplete ad may not grant a reward.

Advertisements and linked destinations are provided by third parties. Their products and services are governed by their own terms. Advertising availability is not guaranteed.

Premium and payments

Premium, where offered, is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The store purchase sheet shows the actual price, billing period, benefits and applicable terms before you confirm.

Where offered, a subscription renews according to the store's displayed terms unless cancelled through your store account. Deleting Gulp does not cancel a subscription. A one-time purchase does not recur. Refund requests are handled through the store and applicable consumer law. A lifetime plan, if offered, refers to access for the supported lifetime of the Gulp product; it is not a promise that the app or third-party services will operate forever.

Premium removes banner and interstitial ads while the entitlement is active. Optional rewarded ads may remain available. Benefits are described in the purchase offer, and any changes remain subject to applicable consumer protections.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Gulp useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or error-free puzzles and services. We may provide updates, change features, or discontinue services. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your applicable consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes and contact

The app, artwork, music and other materials are owned by Lakkireddy Labs or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
